Tuesday, I went to the intersection of Dover Center and Center Ridge in Westlake from 1:40 to 2:10. The lack of sunshine is a regular thing now and even though it looked like it was raining, it wasn't- everything was just wet.

Check the way east parts of the city. Stand it up on W.117th and detroit. Right there is your people. ANOTHER GOOD SPOT TO HANG IS NORTH LANE DRIVE AND HIRD. THE LATER THE BETTER THERE.
